Carriers and shippers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including but not limited to FMCSA requirements. Carriers are solely responsible for the safe and lawful operation of their vehicles and for maintaining required insurance, licenses, and permits.
5. User Accounts and Information
If you register or submit information on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
6. Intellectual Property
